Clear scope first. Then a clear estimate.

Website and custom system projects can vary widely in size. We price around the work required, the users involved, the functionality needed, and the level of support you want.

TECHWORKSPH Built around the work that matters.

Pricing follows the actual scope.

Rather than forcing every project into a fixed package, we first understand what needs to be built. That gives you a clearer estimate and avoids paying for features you do not need.

Five things shape the estimate.

01Scope & number of features
02Number and type of users
03Data, permissions, and reporting
04Integrations and technical requirements
05Timeline, deployment, and support

Do not choose a price before defining the problem.

A low upfront price can still be expensive if the solution does not fit the workflow. A good estimate should explain what is being built, what is not included, and what the next stage will require.

Questions about TechWorksPH pricing.

01Do you publish fixed prices for every project?

No. Website and custom system requirements can vary significantly. We prefer to estimate from an agreed scope so the price reflects the actual work involved.

02Can I ask for an estimate before development starts?

Yes. The normal first step is a conversation about the current situation, requirements, users, and desired result. That helps define the scope used for the estimate.

03Can we start with a smaller first phase?

Yes. A phased approach can be appropriate when you want to launch the highest-priority workflow first and expand after the initial release is working.

04Does the estimate include hosting and third-party costs?

Not automatically. Hosting, domains, paid plugins, third-party services, licenses, and other external costs can be identified separately when they apply.

05How long does it take to receive a quote?

It depends on the clarity and complexity of the requirements. A focused website can be scoped quickly, while a multi-user system may need a more detailed requirements discussion before an accurate estimate can be prepared.
